I understand by completing this New Tenancy Application, the result will provide the Landlord with the ability to make an informed decision as to whether to rent their property to the tenant applicants. I understand that the landlord can withdraw any offer made to rent the property and under the relevant Housing Act they do not have to provide a reason.
